Laura Gutierrez serves as the Marketing Business Development Manager at Paradigm Mechanical Corp since April 2017, where responsibilities include leading the sales team, acquiring new clients, and managing brand visibility through social media and website platforms. At Crystal Hill Vineyard, Laura was the Event/Tasting Room Manager, establishing event procedures and managing budgets, and at Luna Grill, held positions as Marketing & Events Coordinator and General Manager, focusing on event execution and team development.
