Shaheen Inam has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, primarily at Paradigm Housing Group. Since November 2013, Shaheen has held the position of Head of Sales & Aftercare, overseeing the sale and marketing of new build shared ownership and private sales developments, managing the sales team, handling departmental budgets, and ensuring stakeholder relationship management and customer satisfaction. Prior experience at Paradigm Housing Group includes roles as Sales and Marketing Officer and Home Ownership Assistant from November 2005 to March 2013.
