Helen Otto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Helen started their career as a Promotional Events Assistant at BMW, where they worked on various projects related to marketing events. Helen then moved on to Currys plc as an Assistant Product Manager, where they handled a wide range of marketing activities and managed the promotional calendar. Helen then joined Pizza Hut as a Senior Brand Manager, focusing on brand positioning, new product development, and advertising campaigns.
In 2010, Helen joined Which? as a Senior Innovation Manager, responsible for developing business ideas, product enhancements, and consumer insight. Helen later became the Head of Brand at Which?, leading the brand strategy, execution, and TV and radio campaigns.
In 2017, Helen became an Independent Business Owner of Tumble Tots (Marlow), where they managed all aspects of the business, including marketing, customer experience, accountancy, venue management, and team leadership. Helen expanded the franchise and gained valuable experience in running their own business.
Helen's most recent role is as the Head of Insight Improvement at Paradigm Housing Group, a position they started in 2023.
Helen Otto's education history begins with their attendance at Wycombe High School from 1992 to 2000. During this time, they pursued A-Level studies focusing on Business Studies, Mathematics, and Geography. Following their completion of high school, Helen went on to Aston University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Later, they pursued further education at the University of Hertfordshire in an unspecified time period, where they earned a CIM Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing.
