Bill Granda has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Bill started their career as an Administrative Manager at McCann-Erickson in 1970 and then worked as a Manager of Client Accounting at The Marschalk Company from 1975 to 1977. Bill then returned to McCann-Erickson, where they served as the VP of Finance & Admin from 1977 to 1989. In 1990, they joined IDC as a Controller for a year before moving on to Paradigm Associates LLC in 1991. At Paradigm Associates, they held the position of Regional Director and was responsible for growing and managing the company in the Southwest region of the US. Their roles included developing new business, facilitating strategic thinking and leadership team development, sales team development, coaching, and developing strategic alliances.
Bill Granda earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Albright College, where they studied from 1964 to 1968. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rutgers University - Newark, completing the program from 1981 to 1986. No specific field of study was mentioned for their MBA.
