Eric J. St-Cyr is a seasoned professional in project management with extensive experience in the construction and contracting industry. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Paradies Lagardère since November 2023, St-Cyr previously held positions as National Project Manager at both Poma Retail Development, Inc. and BluSky Restoration Contractors, where responsibilities included nationwide building restoration. Earlier career highlights include Vice President and Operations Manager at Carolina Contracting & Investments, Inc., and General Superintendent for major projects across the Carolinas, Mid-Atlantic Region, and Texas at Marand Builders, Inc. St-Cyr has also managed significant commercial contracting operations, established new offices, and directed sales and business development efforts at various firms. St-Cyr earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a minor in Business from Georgia Southern University in 1992.
