Leta Van Meter has extensive experience in training and personnel development, currently serving as an Associate and International Trainer at Paraclete Mission Group since October 2000. Previously, Leta held the position of Director of Personnel Development at OC International from October 1970 to 2000, which included a significant residency in Southeast Asia from 1972 to 1989, followed by team development, training, and consulting activities until 2000. Leta's educational background includes a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Denver Seminary (2004-2006), an MA in Human Resource Leadership from Azusa Pacific University (1986-1989), and dual BA degrees in Social Science/Elementary Education and Social Science/Elementary Teaching/Bible from Vanguard University (1963-1970, 1963-1967).
