Larry Rus has extensive experience in organizational development and financial management within mission-oriented environments. Since October 1994, Larry has served as an Associate at Paraclete Mission Group, providing support to mission organizations and ministries. Prior to this role, from October 1983 to August 1994, Larry worked as a Financial Administrator at Action International Ministries, where financial oversight and administration were key responsibilities.
