Kathryn Duca is an experienced performance coach and physical therapy aide currently working at Parabolic Performance & Rehab since August 2017. In addition to coaching roles at Felician University and Ramapo College of New Jersey, Kathryn has held various coaching positions, including assistant coach for Jersey Thunder Lacrosse and head coach for Pequannock Lacrosse Club. Responsibilities have included coordinating practice plans, scouting, and recruiting. Previous experience includes a kennel assistant position at Mountain View Veterinary Hospital and various roles at Essex Fells Country Club. Kathryn holds an undergraduate degree in Biology from Ramapo College of New Jersey, earned in 2018.
