Meritzi Pagan currently serves as the Interpreter Coordinator for the South Region at Para la Naturaleza, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Meritzi was a Farmer Trainer at TechnoServe from February 2020 to February 2022, where responsibilities included providing farmers with agronomical techniques to enhance productivity. Meritzi also worked as a Field Operations Technician for the NEON Program from June 2014 to February 2020 and began a career in education as a Science Teacher at the Departamento de Educacion de PR from February 2013 to January 2014.
