Brock Pearson has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Brock began their career at ExxonMobil in 2004, where they held various roles including Mechanical Contact Engineer, Utilities Process Contact Engineer, and Distillate Hydrofining Complex Engineer. In 2009, they became the Utilities Optimization and Planning Section Supervisor, and later took on the role of Lubes Extraction, Overland Shipping, Fuels Deasphalting, Lube Tank Farm, Business Team Lead. In 2012, they were promoted to Profitability Section Supervisor and then to Clean Products Coordination Section Supervisor in 2013. From 2014 to 2020, they served as the Coordination and Economics Section Supervisor. Recently, in 2020, they became the ExxonMobil Billings Refinery Sr. Economist and Business Coordinator. In 2023, they joined Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. as the Director of Planning and Economics for PAR Montana.
Brock Pearson attended Duke University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Their degree was a combination of Mechanical Engineering and Economics.
