Kay Goodier has extensive work experience in various roles related to data science and enterprise architecture. kay currently holds the position of Chief Data Scientist at PAR Government since 2020. Before that, they served as the Chief Data Scientist and Enterprise Architect at JASINT Consulting and Technologies, LLC from 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Enterprise Architect at Xcelerate Solutions from 2013 to 2015. kay also held roles at L-3 Communications as a System Engineering/Analyst from 2011 to 2013, and as a System Engineer/Analyst for the Unified Cross Domain Management Office. kay was also a part of the Steering Committee at STIDS PR from 2010 to 2013. kay worked as an Enterprise Architect at Computer Sciences Corporation/Titan L-3 Communications from 2004 to 2013. Additionally, they provided support for Open Ontologies at Ontology Forum from 2002 to 2013. kay'searlier experience includes serving as the Director of the Center for Information Protection at SAIC from 1996 to 2001, and holding various roles at Nortel Networks from 1985 to 1995, including Director of Technical Information Standards and Vice President.

Kay Goodier completed their education in a progressive manner, starting with a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from Arkansas Tech University, which spanned from 1971 to 1976. kay then pursued a Master's Degree in Computational Linguistics at West Texas A&M University from 1979 to 1983. Finally, they furthered their education by earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computational Linguistics at the University of North Texas from 1986 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, Kay Goodier obtained an Enterprise Architect certification from the EA Organization in May 2013.
