Thomas Dein is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in food production and event catering. Currently serving as the Culinary Operations Director at Par Caterers since May 2019, Thomas is responsible for menu creation and coordination for large-scale events. Previous roles include Contract Support Chef at Aramark Sports + Entertainment, where exceptional service for VIP events was prioritized, and Contract Culinary Support Specialist at Morrissey Hospitality Companies. Thomas has also supported major events at Pebble Beach Resorts and has a strong background in managing production kitchens and upscale concessions from positions held at Prom Management Group and Americrown/NASCAR. Holding degrees in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University and BOCES Islip Technical, Thomas combines culinary expertise with effective staff management and event execution.
