Karita Kinnunen-Raudaskoski is a distinguished expert in technology and research, currently serving as the Director of Technology and Research and Co-Founder at Fiberwood Ltd since May 2022, and as Founder and CEO of FoamDoc Finland Oy. Kinnunen-Raudaskoski is also a Founder and shareholder at Paptic Ltd, established in 2015, which innovates fibre-based, recyclable materials to replace plastics in packaging. Previous roles include Senior Scientist at VTT - Technical Research Center of Finland, where contributions focused on foam technologies in paper and board production, and Senior Scientist at KCL, specializing in the safety of food contact materials. Kinnunen-Raudaskoski holds a D.Sc. in Natural Fiber Products from Aalto University and an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Jyväskylä.
