Noreen McCunney has extensive experience in human resources, spanning various industries and roles. Noreen currently holds the position of Senior Director, Human Resources at PaperWorks since January 2021. Prior to this, they were the Director of HRIS & Talent Management at PaperWorks since January 2016.

Before joining PaperWorks, Noreen worked at Stewart Title from August 2014 to January 2016, where they served as the Human Resources Manager - Compliance. Noreen played a crucial role in the post-merger integration and disentanglement of the HR function following Stewart's acquisition of DataQuick Lending Solutions.

From September 2005 to July 2014, Noreen worked at DataQuick, a TPG company, as the Human Resources Manager - Total Rewards. Noreen was responsible for managing all aspects of the HR operations for a geographically distributed organization of over 500 associates.

Prior to that, Noreen worked at Prism Hotels from January 2002 to July 2005 as the Human Resources Manager. During their time there, they oversaw various HR programs and services for Marriott branded hotels in downtown Houston, Texas.

Noreen began their career at Wyndham Worldwide, where they served as the Director of Operations from September 1998 to December 2001. Noreen successfully managed high-volume hotel operations, maintained brand quality standards, and achieved significant cost savings through process improvements.

Noreen McCunney, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of Delaware, which they obtained between 1994 and 1998. In 2007, they became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) after acquiring certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. McCunney later earned the designation of SHRM Certified Professional from SHRM in 2015. In 2022, they attended Harvard Business School Online to further enhance their knowledge in Organizational Leadership.
