Melissa Baritell is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in cost accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Denkavit USA since August 2017, Melissa also holds the position of Cost Accounting Manager at PaperWorks Industries, Inc. since October 2015, where significant contributions include streamlining overhead rate development processes and leading initiatives that decreased month-end closing time by eight hours. Prior roles include Cost Accounting Manager at ITT, where Melissa developed standard costs and managed material cost fluctuations, as well as a Senior Account Analyst/Supervisor at Bombardier Transportation, responsible for preparing performance evaluations.
