Charlotte C. has extensive experience in finance and operations, currently serving in multiple leadership roles at Papertrail.io since March 2019, including Head of Finance & Operations, Head of Revenue Operations, and Head of Support & Finance, with prior experience as a Customer Support Manager and Customer Support Agent. Additionally, Charlotte worked briefly as a Graduate Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from December 2018 to March 2019. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design at KLC School of Design, Charlotte possesses a strong academic background, having earned a First Class Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biology from Bangor University from 2015 to 2018.
