Maja Aleksic has a diverse work experience in various companies. Maja started their career at NCR Corporation in 2017 as a Help Desk Representative, providing technical support for self-service kiosks at Kaufland, Rewe, and Norma. Their responsibilities included setting up scales, restarting EC devices, and remote troubleshooting. Maja worked at NCR Corporation until 2019.

Next, Maja joined Trizma as a CSR Agent in 2019, where they worked for 123 TV. Their role involved handling inbound calls, recording complaints, providing information, taking orders, and creating tickets. Maja stayed with Trizma until 2020.
