Lauren Tipton Conroy currently serves as the CX leader at Paper, overseeing customer success, professional services, support, and integration services teams. Concurrently, Lauren continues to fulfill the role of Chief Operating Officer for MajorClarity by Paper, where significant achievements include scaling operations to nearly 5000 schools in over 700 districts across 35 states. Prior to these roles, Lauren was the Vice President & Managing Director of Operations at EAB, responsible for client program delivery operations. Lauren's early career includes various leadership positions at Royall & Company, such as Director of Client Services Team Operations. Lauren holds an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a certificate from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, and a BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
