Missy Messner is an experienced professional in the transportation industry, currently serving as an Onboarding & Training Specialist at Paper Transport, Inc. since July 2015. In this role, Missy also worked as a Driver Recruiter, focusing on recruiting drivers for various fleets within the organization, and previously held the position of Driver Manager, where responsibilities included managing the growth of a startup fleet from 4 to 60 drivers while coaching and mentoring to enhance performance, fuel efficiency, and safety. Prior to Paper Transport, Missy gained valuable experience at Schneider from November 2003 to July 2015, serving as an Intermodal Area Specialist, Fleet Specialist, and Driver Recruiter, where load issues for customers were effectively resolved.
