Jocelyn Chan is an experienced marketing data analyst currently employed at BILL as a Staff Marketing Data Analyst since January 2023, while also serving as a Data Engineering Consultant for Paper Culture since October 2022. Previously, Jocelyn was the Lead Marketing Analyst at Plymouth Rock Assurance, where key achievements included report automation, predictive modeling, Attribution models, and dashboard development. Other notable roles include Marketing Analyst/Technical Support Engineer at KK Associates LLC, Performance Analyst at Lyric, and Growth Analyst at Timelapse. Jocelyn holds two Master’s degrees in Business Analytics and International Business from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Education from National Tsing Hua University.
