Lill Buhl Bersang serves as a Partner and Sales Director at MADO, a Danish kids brand under Paper Collective, since August 2018, and concurrently holds the same title at Paper Collective since June 2015, focusing on international sales and account management. Previous roles include Running Instructor at Senses Hot Yoga Studio and volunteering for Global Dignity Danmark. Lill has extensive experience in sales and project management from positions at Nigel Wright Group and L'Oréal, and contributed to communication efforts at Vibeke Hartkorn Kommunikation. Lill's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Management from Copenhagen Business School and a BA in Worklife Studies & Psychology from Roskilde University.
