Bailey Ulbricht is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in humanitarian initiatives and foreign policy. As the Founding Executive Director of the Stanford Humanitarian Program since October 2022, Bailey Ulbricht leads a new research initiative at Stanford Law School. Founded in June 2014, Paper Airplanes, Inc. serves as a platform to bridge educational and professional development gaps for conflict-affected individuals. Bailey Ulbricht's prior roles include internships at the U.S. Department of State's Office of the Legal Adviser and Debevoise & Plimpton, and leadership positions with National Security Action and Human Rights First, focusing on human rights and foreign policy issues. Educational credentials include a JD from Stanford Law School and multiple advanced degrees from SOAS University of London, as well as a BA in International Relations from Carleton College.
