Tim James currently serves as the VP of Talent Acquisition at Pape-Dawson Engineers, where expertise in professional civil engineering, surveying, GIS, and environmental services is utilized. Previously, Tim held the position of VP of Global Talent Acquisition at Rackspace Technology, focusing on rebuilding the talent acquisition function during a significant company transformation. Tim's experience also includes leadership roles as VP of HR Operations at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, overseeing HR operations and talent acquisition strategies, and various recruiting leadership positions at Rackspace Hosting and CRI/Manpower Business Solutions. Tim holds a BBA in Management with a Human Resources option from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
