Tom Leibovitz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical operations and foreign relations. Currently serving as the Technical Operations Manager at PAPAYA since December 2020, Tom applies expertise in managing technical projects and operations. Prior to this role, Tom worked with the Israel Defense Forces from February 2018 to November 2020 as a Foreign Relations Non-Commissioned Officer and Translator, where responsibilities included planning and executing military cooperation with foreign entities, serving as a representative for foreign relations, and providing translation services for accompanying delegations.
