Ashlee Jordan started their work experience in 2008 as a Fiscal Manager at Marine Corps Recruiting. In this role, they maintained a government purchase card, made purchases for customers, and conducted quarterly audits on all purchases. Ashlee then worked at First Baptist Church of Jacksonville in 2014 as a Connections Manager, where they assimilated contact information, managed volunteer teams, and set up for weekly services. From 2017 to 2018, Ashlee worked as a Server at Cracker Barrel. Currently, since 2021, they are employed as a Home Health Aide at Papa.

Ashlee Jordan attended Liberty University from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies. Ashlee later enrolled at Pensacola State College in 2021 and is expected to complete their studies in 2024. At Pensacola State College, they are pursuing a degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
