Irina Mogensen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and development, human resources, and project management across various international companies. Currently serving as Head of Training & Development Global and HR Business Partner at Cofix Global since August 2021, Irina manages comprehensive training programs and develops a global training system for market deployment. In addition to leadership roles at Papa John's International and Burger King in Russia and Kazakhstan, Irina co-founded Pure Sound, a sound and music production company. With an impressive academic background including an MBA in Intercultural Management from Copenhagen Business School, Irina has consistently contributed to strategic planning, personnel management, and the implementation of educational systems throughout a diverse career.
