Adam Smith is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Cloud Ops Administrator at Panviva since November 2018, Adam also holds experience as a Customer Advocacy Centre Engineer. Prior to Panviva, Adam worked at Just Group as an IT Support Desk Specialist from October 2015 to November 2018, and at Mclaren's Door Hardware as an Estimator & Project Administrator from 2013 to 2015. Additional experience includes an IT Support Officer role at IFAA from November 2011 to November 2013 and a Service Desk Operator position at Synergy Plus, formerly known as Coretech, from 2009 to 2011. Education was completed at Grace Lutheran College from 2000 to 2005.
