Aimee Falls has a wealth of experience in Human Resources. Aimee began their career in 2013 as an Administration Assistant at Excel Courier Services, where they gained experience with data entry, dictation typing, and managing filing. Aimee then worked as an Administrator at the British Heart Foundation, where they were responsible for processing delivery information. In 2015, they began working at the University of Central Lancashire as a Business Development Officer, where they were trained in recruitment practises and employment law. Later that year, they started working at Fylde Coast Academy Trust as a Human Resources Generalist and Trainee Human Resources Advisor. In 2019, they began working at BES Utilities as a Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Advisor. In 2020, they became a Human Resources Manager at Card Saver Ltd, and in 2021 they began working as an HR Manager at Panthera Biopartners.
Aimee Falls' education history includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Central Lancashire, which they completed from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Health/Medical Psychology from the same university, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. Aimee also attended Weatherhead High School and Media Arts College from 2004 to 2011. Additionally, Aimee holds a Level 7 CIPD Qualified - Associate Member certification from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT, obtained in May 2017, as well as a Junior Sports Leadership Award from Weatherhead High School, obtained in May 2008.
