Giorgos Papadourakis has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and customer experience management. Giorgos started their career in 2008 at Top.Host as a Technical Support Specialist and later became a Technical Support Supervisor. In 2020, they joined Enartia as a Technical Customer Experience Manager, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they work at Panther as a Technical Support Manager, leading a team of Technical Support Engineers and focusing on cultivating a positive culture, driving performance, and facilitating professional development.
Giorgos Papadourakis pursued their education at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete from 2001 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics. Following this, they enrolled at the Hellenic Mediterranean University from 2019 to 2021 and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management for Engineers.
