Rob Williams has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Rob currently serves as the Executive Vice President at Panthalassa since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Nike from 2017 to 2020, where they held the position of Manager, Renewable Energy. In this role, they led the renewable energy program and played a key role in implementing Nike's commitment to use 100% renewables to power its global facilities by 2025. Rob also developed strategies for global renewable energy programs, engaged with governments to support renewable energy policies, and collaborated with Nike's manufacturing energy team to expand renewable energy usage by suppliers. Before Nike, Rob worked at Bridgewater Associates from 2012 to 2016 in various management associate roles, including Office of the General Counsel and Office of the CEO.
Rob Williams attended Jesuit High School Portland from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained their Diploma as the Valedictorian. Rob then pursued a double major at Yale University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction in History and Political Science.
