Leslie Hamilton is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Controller at Pantera Capital since January 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure as Controller at Garrison Investment Group from July 2018 to December 2023, where Leslie oversaw financial information for various investment sectors and was promoted to Controller in January 2022 after being mentored by the CFO. Earlier experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers encompassed roles as Assurance Associate, Associate, and Analyst, specializing in alternative investments within the asset management industry. Additional internships at Horizon Kinetics LLC and UBS provided foundational experience in legal compliance and client services, respectively. Leslie holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies, Economics, and History from Centre College.
