Jeltsin O. is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a FO Investment Associate at Pantera Capital since January 2024. Jeltsin O. co-founded the CENTER for DESIGN THINKING and INNOVATION in EDUCATION in February 2018 and worked as a Private Equity Analyst at RE CAPITAL LLC from June 2021 to December 2022. Additional experience includes a role as a Management Consultant at Partnership for Modern Puerto Rico during the summer of 2022, and as a Statistics & Economics Tutor at College of San Mateo from August 2020 to June 2021. Prior to these positions, Jeltsin O. served as an Executive Assistant at Arnold Leadership Consulting (Vistage International) from October 2019 to January 2021. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley (2021-2023), an Associate's degree in Economics from College of San Mateo (2019-2021), and a High School Diploma from Design Tech High School - Oracle (2015-2018).
