Sagiv Elad has over 10 years of experience in the fields of sales and business development. In 2011, they began their career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel in the Emergency and Crisis Situation Room, where they were responsible for Crisis Management, coordination between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Office and external bodies, and communicating with foreign diplomats and Israeli embassies around the world. In 2013, they moved to the Permanent Mission of Israel to the United Nations as an Economic Advisor, where they advised the Mission Representatives in political and economic trends in Asia and Africa, the Fifth Committee of the United Nations General Assembly, and reforms and trends in the General Assembly. In 2014, they joined Pareto Group LTD as a Strategic Consultant. In 2015, they began working at the Israel Export Institute - מכון ×”×™×™×¦×•× ×”×™×©×¨×לי as Manager, Automotive, Smart City and Advanced Manufacturing, where they were responsible for leading business development and consultation to Israeli companies in the Automotive, Smart City and Advanced Manufacturing fields of technology, leading comprehensive scouting projects for leading multinational companies, and project management of large scale exhibitions and roadshows. In 2018, they joined Argus Cyber Security Ltd. as Director of Sales and Business Development, and was later acquired by Continental. In 2020, they moved to CyberX as Director of Sales and Business Development, which was later acquired by Microsoft. Sagiv then joined Waycare (acquired by Rekor) as Director of Sales and Business Development, where they were responsible for predictive insights for Smart Cities and WayCare's solutions that provided forward looking and actionable insights to enable municipalities to make informed decisions and efficiently manage resource allocation. Sagiv is currently working at Rekor as Director of Sales and Business Development, and will be joining Panorays in 2023 as an Account Executive.

Sagiv Elad received a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2010 and 2013.
