David Steer

Project Manager/Application Manager at Panoramic Software

David Steer has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. David began their career as a New Home Consultant for Richmond American Homes, where they were responsible for quality assurance on production homes and maintaining customer relations. In 2001, they moved to Sawyer Construction as a Project Manager. Since 2009, they have been employed at Panoramic Software, Inc. as a Project Manager/Application Manager. In this role, they consult with clients about their needs and directs developers on the implementation of necessary changes to applications. Theirspecialties include Business Analysis and Veteran Case Management software and paperless claim submission to the VA.

David Steer has a BA in Philosophy from Sonoma State University, which they obtained between 1996 and 1998. Prior to that, they studied Psychology, Art, Philosophy, and Engineering at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1992 to 1995. David also holds certifications in HIPAA Compliance from Carosh Compliance Solutions, obtained in December 2020, and Scuba Diving and Nitrox from PADI.
