Jon-Paul Blais has extensive experience in both outdoor and governmental operations, currently serving as a Ski Patrol member at Panorama Mountain Resort since November 2017. Prior to this role, Jon-Paul held multiple management positions within the Government of Canada from 1997 to July 2017, focusing on capital operations, planning, and strategic initiatives under Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC). Earlier career highlights include serving as Chair of the Sioux Lookout and Area Planning Board from 1991 to 1997, a Municipal Councillor for the Town of Sioux Lookout from 1988 to 1991, and a Project Technologist at Keewatin-Aski Ltd. Consulting Engineers from 1985 to 1989. Jon-Paul began a career in construction inspection with the Government of Canada from 1982 to 1985, building a solid foundation in project management and leadership throughout an impressive career trajectory. Education was completed at RRC Polytech.
