Olalla Lopez-Gamonal is an experienced professional in leadership consulting and talent management, currently serving as an Engagement Manager at Talengo since November 2021. Olalla has also held the position of Senior Research Associate at Panorama since November 2021 and was a member of Blacksmith Leadership Advisors from November 2020 to November 2021. Prior to these roles, Olalla worked as a Senior Associate at TRANSEARCH España for four years, contributing to national and international talent acquisition projects. Previous experience includes roles as an HR Consultant at Ray Human Capital España, where the focus was on talent search and selection in sectors such as pharmaceuticals and finance, and at Master Consulting Group 1984, responsible for business development and client management.
