Ivana Lukic is a professional with diverse experience in customer service and content moderation. Currently serving in a role focused on Content Moderation and Customer Experience at Pangaea since November 2020, Ivana previously worked as a Customer Support Specialist and Data Entry professional at Appliance Factory Parts from April 2020 to December 2020. Additional experience includes a position as a Virtual Assistant at Moon Magic Pte Ltd. from August 2020 to November 2020, and a Customer Service Representative role at Lime from August 2018 to December 2019. Ivana holds a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Rehabilitation from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Novi Sad, completed in 2017.
