Gina Bryant is an accomplished professional in the food service industry, currently serving as the Director of New Product Development & Commercialization at Panera Bread since December 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Project Management and various positions at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation from February 2017 to December 2020, including Senior Project Manager and Senior Brand Performance Consultant. Additionally, Gina held management roles at Brinker International from November 2006 to February 2017. Academically, Gina Bryant earned a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
