Prior experience includes roles at AARP as Vice President of Organizational Design & Integration and Organizational Development Director, collaborating closely with C-suite leaders to align people strategies. Gillian founded Gillian Morgan, LLC, providing organizational development consulting services, and held various positions at Kaiser Permanente focusing on leadership and organizational effectiveness. Experience also includes independent management consulting with the National Institutes of Health and a role as Director of Training at Willard InterContinental.
