Alycia Gonzalez serves as the Senior Vice President of Talent, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and Philanthropy at Panera Bread. Prior to this role, Alycia held multiple positions at Nike, including Vice President of Human Resources for the Jordan Brand, Vice President of Talent Management, and Vice President of Talent Planning and Acquisition. Earlier in the career, Alycia worked as a Recruiter at Macy's. Alycia holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, earned between 1997 and 1999.
