Patricia Liotta has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Patricia started their career at CSC, where they worked as a Senior Training Consultant, providing learning solutions for hospitality clients. Patricia then moved on to CNA Insurance as a Senior Training Consultant, leading a team of training specialists and developing interventions to address performance gaps. Patricia later joined Nicor Gas as a Senior Change Management Consultant, before transitioning to Zurich North America as AVP Claims and Underwriting Technical Training. There, they built a technical training organization and created a certification program for Claims managers. Patricia then joined Panduit Corporation as the Director of Global Learning and Organization Development, where they implemented a global learning and development strategy aligned with business goals. Patricia also created a talent management strategy and a leadership curriculum for the company. Patricia continued to grow at Panduit, taking on roles such as Director of HR Business Partners and Director of Talent Management. Currently, Patricia holds the position of Senior Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer at Panduit, leading a team of 70 HR professionals and driving the company's people strategy to achieve business goals.
Patricia Liotta has a Master of Business degree in Organizational Development and Training from Loyola University Chicago, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from North Central College from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they hold several certifications including Culture Track Trainer and Coach from Partners In Leadership, MBTI Certified Practitioner from the Center for Psychological Type (CAPT), Leadership Architect and Voices 360 from Lominger - Korn/Ferry, and DISC Profile certification obtained in 2005.
