Previous roles at Pandora include VP of Global eCommerce & Digital Operations and VP of Digital Operations, where the focus was on enhancing digital capabilities and driving customer satisfaction through strategic planning. Additionally, Ricky is the founder of DIGITAL CONSULTING SERVICES LIMITED, supporting small businesses in establishing their online presence. Prior to Pandora, Ricky held multiple leadership positions at Marks and Spencer, including Head of Online Clothing & Home, and contributed to the company's growth as a leading online retailer in the UK over a 31-year tenure. Educational background includes attendance at Eastbourne Sixth Form College from 1989 to 1991.
