Sarah Zachariah is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in People Success and HR transformations. Currently serving as a Sr. Manager at Pando since June 2022, Sarah previously held several roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions from July 2008 to June 2022, including HR Functional Lead specializing in Total Rewards and Manager of HR as a Business Partner for Cognizant Consulting India. Additional roles at Cognizant included Senior Executive overseeing campus engagement and hiring, Executive managing performance appraisal processes, and Junior Executive focused on lateral recruitment. Sarah holds an M.A. in Human Resources from Madras School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Women's Christian College.
