Deepti J is currently serving as the President of the Student Council at Great Lakes Institute of Management, leading a 7-member team that represents over 300 students in the PGPM program. At Pando, Deepti J has progressed from a Human Resources Intern to a Senior Executive in People Success, managing comprehensive employee life-cycle processes and specializing in talent acquisition across various levels and functions. Additionally, Deepti J has a background in recruitment and business analysis from Golden Opportunities Pvt Ltd. Academic qualifications include an ongoing MBA at Great Lakes Institute of Management and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from SRM IST Chennai.
