Fanis Koutouvelis has a diverse work experience. Fanis is the Founder & CEO of Pandas, a company that focuses on empowering users to sell/trade smartphones easily, quickly, and safely. Prior to Pandas, they founded and served as Chairman of Intale. Fanis was also a Member of the World Economic Forum | Global Shapers from 2013 to 2020. In addition, they co-founded and served as Managing Director of i-kiosk from 2010 to 2013. Furthermore, they worked as an Invited Course Lecturer at the University of Thessaly in 2012.

Fanis Koutouvelis attended the Arsakeia - Tositseia Schools from 2000 to 2003. However, they did not receive a degree or specialize in any field of study during that time. Later, from 2004 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Computer Engineering and Telecommunications at the University of Thessaly. However, they dropped out before completing the program.
