Joana Koch Ferreira is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and UI/UX across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at PandaDoc since November 2024, Joana has previously held positions including Lead Product Designer at Astrada and Fidel API, where key contributions included establishing a comprehensive design system and enhancing dashboard features. Joana's career also includes roles at Nagarro, Jumia Group, Efacec, Global Media Group, and Studio8design, with a strong foundation in graphic design, editorial design, and brand management. Joana holds a Master's degree in Image Design and a Licentiate degree in Communication Design from the Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade do Porto, and is currently pursuing a specialized course in UI/UX at FLAG.
