Dicky Lie is a Senior Software Engineer at Pand.ai since November 2019, where responsibilities include designing and developing a robust chatbot capable of managing complex user queries, as well as creating the chatbot's architecture, coding conversational flows, developing API components with FastAPI, and implementing message queuing with RabbitMQ, alongside using Redis for caching and session management. Prior experience includes a Software Engineer role at A*STAR, working on energy demand prediction projects, and an internship as a Software Engineer. Dicky Lie holds a Graduate Diploma in System Analysis from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Newcastle.
