Tal A. has a strong background in R&D and leadership roles. Tal started their career in the Israeli Military Intelligence, where they held positions such as Special Ops C4I Department Leader and later Chief of Communication & Mobile Unit. Tal then transitioned to the private sector, working as a VP R&D at Questar Auto Technologies before joining Panaya in a similar role.

Tal A. completed an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ruppin Academic Center in 2011. Later, from 2019 to 2021, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Data Science and AI from Reichman University.
