Luis Manuel Polanco Balcazar is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and cloud deployment. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Full Stack since July 2017, Luis has played a pivotal role in the company's operations, taking on responsibilities as CEO, CFO, architect, and developer. Currently serving as a Sr. DevOps Engineer at Panasonic Avionics Corporation, Luis is responsible for overseeing cloud application deployments, resource provisioning, automation, and security using technologies such as AWS, CloudFormation, and Python. Previous roles include Python Developer at AllianceIT Inc and Nimbus Concept, Software Engineer at IQ Business Consulting, and software development positions at Universidad Politécnica Metropolitana de Puebla and a research laboratory. Luis holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla.
