Gracee Applebaum, JD, has extensive experience in contract administration and procurement, currently serving as Strategic Supplier Partner for Panasonic Avionics Corporation since August 2019. In this role, Gracee manages complex supplier accounts and leads strategic negotiations. Prior positions include Senior Contract Administrator for the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Senior Proposal Analyst at Beckman Coulter, and Senior Project Administrator at Jacobs Engineering and Construction, LLC. Earlier roles encompassed oversight of significant projects such as the $2.8 billion Metro-Purple Line Expansion and the $185 million ARTIC project. Gracee holds a Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from UC Irvine.
